Wire Eroding

EDM Wire eroding allows us to cut out complex shapes to very close tolerances from solid pieces of metal up to 150mm thick.

Our 5 axis wire eroding machines are used as part of the press tool making process as well as for individual component work and prototype samples.

If you have a requirement for some prototype parts before a decision is made to produce tooling, we can produce these with the help of wire eroding, which can be done quickly and is an economical way of producing sample parts.
